Since 2018, through our Bond of Brotherhood – Education, Social Support, and Guidance Project, we have been establishing lasting connections between volunteers and vulnerable children who have experienced trauma from war, displacement, or social exclusion.
By contributing regularly to the Bond of Brotherhood Project, you can support the education of one of our 64 children each month.
We bring together university student volunteers and graduates with disadvantaged children at our association center.
With the support of our volunteers, children receive lessons in Turkish, mathematics, and supplementary subjects.
Additionally, scholarships ensure that children can continue their education, and we organize games, activities, and trips to enhance their social integration.
The Bond of Brotherhood Project aims to:
Strengthen the bonds of brotherhood between young volunteers and disadvantaged children,
Ensure school attendance for children from low-income families and provide academic support through supplementary lessons,
Support children’s psychosocial needs to improve their psychological well-being,
Protect children from harmful habits, risky behaviors, and potential exploitation,
Remove financial barriers to education through scholarships and prevent child labor,
Facilitate children’s adaptation to their city and culture while enhancing their sense of belonging,
Increase perceived social support through improved communication between children, their families, and volunteers,
Raise parents’ awareness about child development, education, and children’s rights,
Develop and expand a generation of responsible, committed, and proactive volunteers contributing to acts of goodness,
