How do we identify the families who receive assistance?
Our social workers and volunteer field teams conduct home visits to review aid requests, verify the accuracy of the information provided, and assess the level of need. They gather information both from within the household and from the surrounding environment, identifying family members, living conditions, and specific needs.
The information collected is then evaluated by our aid assessment committee according to objective criteria, and the most suitable form of support is determined and organized for each family. At regular intervals and/or based on newly received information, we monitor changes in family circumstances and reassess whether the assistance should continue, be adjusted, or concluded.
Throughout this entire process, we work with great care to ensure your support reaches its intended destination.
