We identify families to receive support through social assessments conducted by our field teams of social workers and volunteers. During our home visits, we observe the family's living conditions, household structure, and current needs on-site.
We review the information we obtain through our aid evaluation committee based on objective criteria. This allows us to plan and organize support tailored to each family's needs. We periodically reassess the families' situations, reviewing decisions regarding the continuation, updating, or termination of support.
