Volunteer Personal Data Processing Information Notice

VOLUNTEER PERSONAL DATA PROCESSİNG INFORMATİON NOTİCE

  1. DATA CONTROLLER

Under the provisions of the Law on the Protection of Personal Data No. 6698 ("Law"), İyilikhane Association for Children  ("İyilikhane" or "Association") is designated as the data controller responsible for processing your personal data.

For detailed information on how your personal data is processed by the Association, please refer to the İyilikhane Personal Data Processing and Protection Policy available at www.iyilikhane.org.tr.

  1. PURPOSE OF PROCESSING PERSONAL DATA

Your personal data will be processed by the Association for the following purposes:

Planning and executing policies and processes related to members/volunteers/donors.

Planning and managing processes related to the Association's aid and service activities.

Ensuring the legal, technical, and commercial security of individuals associated with the Association and its members/volunteers/donors.

These purposes fall within the framework of the personal data processing conditions and purposes specified in Articles 5 and 6 of the Law.

  1. PARTIES TO WHOM PERSONAL DATA MAY BE TRANSFERRED AND PURPOSES OF TRANSFER

Your collected personal data may be transferred to the Association's board members, suppliers, business partners, legally authorized public institutions, and legally authorized private individuals, within the framework of the personal data processing conditions and purposes specified in Articles 8 and 9 of the Law.

  1. METHOD OF COLLECTION AND LEGAL BASIS FOR PERSONAL DATA

Your personal data is collected through electronic and physical channels based on the personal data processing conditions specified in Articles 5 and 6 of the Law, as part of the membership relationship between you and the Association. The legal basis for collecting your personal data is the explicit provisions in the laws, the necessity for fulfilling the Association's legal obligations, and the requirements for establishing and performing the contract.

  1. RIGHTS OF THE DATA SUBJECT UNDER ARTICLE 11 OF THE LAW

As the data subject, you have the following rights under Article 11 of the Law:

  • Learning whether your personal data is processed.
  • Requesting information if your personal data has been processed.
  • Learning the purpose of processing your personal data and whether it aligns with the intended purpose.
  • Knowing the third parties to whom your personal data is transferred domestically or abroad.
  • Requesting correction of your personal data if incomplete or incorrectly processed.
  • Requesting deletion or destruction of your personal data within the framework of the conditions stipulated in the relevant legislation.
  • Requesting notification of correction, deletion, and destruction processes to third parties to whom your personal data has been shared.
  • Objecting to the occurrence of a result against you through the analysis of your personal data exclusively by automatic systems.
  • Demanding compensation for damages in case of suffering damage due to the unlawful processing of your personal data.

You can submit your applications regarding the above-mentioned rights to our Association by filling out the Data Subject Application Form, accessible at www.iyilikhane.org.tr, or by sending an email to kvkk@iyilikhane.org.tr. Your applications will be concluded free of charge as soon as possible and within a maximum of thirty days; however, if the process requires an additional cost, you may be charged a fee according to the tariff determined by the Personal Data Protection Board.

I hereby acknowledge and consent to the processing of my personal data and special categories of personal data (including association/foundation memberships, health status information, etc.) for the specified purposes outlined in the İyilikhane Association for Children Volunteer Personal Data Processing Information Notice.
